Photo & logo

Add a photo or logo two ways: paste a hosted image URL, or upload a file from your device. No image host needed — an upload is embedded straight into the signature.

Uploaded images are embedded in the signature (base64). They display in Gmail and Apple Mail; Outlook desktop can occasionally drop them, so a hosted URL is the safest choice if you have one. Keep files under 700 KB.

How to create your email signature

  1. Choose a layout and an accent colour that fits your brand.
  2. Fill in your name, role, contact details and social links.
  3. Add a hosted photo or logo URL, and an optional booking button or banner.
  4. Click “Copy signature” and paste it into Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail.

Why images use a URL instead of an upload

Email clients — Gmail especially — strip out images that are embedded directly in a signature. The only reliable way to show a photo or logo is to link to an image that is already hosted online, for example on your website or a file host. Paste that public URL and it will display in the recipient's inbox.

Will it look right in Outlook?

Yes. Every layout is built with email-safe HTML: table-based structure, inline styles and web-safe fonts (Arial/Helvetica). That is the combination that renders consistently across Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail on both desktop and mobile, where modern CSS layout is not supported.

Is it really free and private?

Yes. The signature is built entirely in your browser — nothing you type is uploaded or stored, and there is no sign-up. Copy your signature as many times as you like.
